Einkorn Berries (3 lbs)

The unprocessed whole kernels of the Einkorn wheat plant. Einkorn is the oldest known variety of wheat, dating back over 5,000 years! This ancient grain is full of fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals. t has a wonderful flavor and is a great option for those looking for a healthier wheat. It also has a lower gluten content which makes for easier digestion for many.  

Note: Einkorn does contain gluten and is not considered safe for those with Celiac disease or severe wheat allergies.  

Store them in a cool and dry location out of the direct sunlight, and can be frozen to indefinite storage!
