Fresh Garlic

This is freshly harvested and uncured garlic.  It has thinner skin and a slightly milder flavor.  Use within two weeks or cure it yourself by keeping it in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight for two weeks.

2-3 heads. A close relative to onions, shallots, leeks, and chives. A kitchen staple that is used in many different cuisines.
