Romaine Lettuce

1 large head. Crunchy & sweet! These large leaves can be ripped up for salad or used whole for lettuce wraps. Slice the hearts (removing outer soft leaves) lengthwise, drizzle with olive oil & your favorite spices, and throw on the grill!
