New York Strip Steak

The NY Strip Steak is slightly leaner than a ribeye, giving it a firmer texture. 100% grass-fed.

Most of our beef comes from Restoration Farm, but we get some from Third Day Farm as well. Both are pasture raised in Northern Indiana.
