Spelt Wheat Berries (1.5 lbs)

Spelt is an ancient grain that is a distant relative of modern wheat. It is delicious and easy to digest. Spelt can replace wheat flour in some baked goods and breads, although it tends to be more crumbly in certain recipes. 

Note: Spelt does contain gluten and is not safe for people with Celiac Disease or several wheat allergies. 

Store them in a cool and dry location out of the direct sunlight, and can be frozen to indefinite storage!
